2024 - 2025 Teacher and Staff Member of the Year Nomination

The Amboy School District is accepting nominations for the 2024 - 2025 District Staff Member of the Year and Teacher of the Year.

One faculty member and one support staff member will be selected and recognized by the Board of Education and the school district.

We are asking you to help in the district’s selection process by nominating a faculty member (teacher, school nurse, librarian, or counselor) and or support staff member you feel has made the greatest contribution to your child’s education using the selection criteria listed below.

Selection Criteria:

Teachers (teachers, school nurse, librarian, or counselor) – distinguishes him/herself through exceptional contributions in effective instructional techniques and methods; establishes a productive classroom climate and rapport with students; interacts positively with students, staff, and parents.

Support Staff: (Aides, Custodians, Paraprofessionals, Secretaries, and other non-certified staff members) contributes in a positive manner to the overall school experience.
