Amboy CUSD #272 participates in the Illinois free
lunch and special milk program. If you feel your
student qualifies to receive free or reduced price
school lunches, please fill this form out and
return it to the District Office during
registration or to any of the school's offices at
any time during the school year

All students
entering kindergarten, sixtth, or ninth grade, or
any student entering an Illinois school for the
first time, regardless of grade, must present proof
of a health examination and immunizations and
sreenings as outlined by the Illinois Department of
Public Health

All students entering kindergarten, second, and
sixth grade must present proof of having been
examined by a licensed dentist before May 15 of the
current school year in accordance with rules
adopted by the Illinois Dept. of Public
