LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Education of Amboy Community Unit School District #272, in the County of Lee, State of Illinois, that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at the Amboy Central Elementary School to request a Modification of School Code ILCS 5/10-20.12(a) as it relates to charging less than 110% (or zero) for pupils of full-time employees who live outside District boundaries. All those persons desiring to appear and be heard concerning this issue should attend.
